Additionally, we may collect and monitor information related to performance, attendance, internet usage on company devices, and communications made through company systems.

This data is collected solely for employment-related purposes such as recruitment, payroll processing, performance evaluation, benefits administration, internal communication, legal compliance, and workplace safety. Access to employee information is strictly limited to authorized personnel and is used only for these intended purposes.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities, conduct, and expectations of employees working at Emplye. All employees are expected to read, understand, and adhere to these terms throughout their employment period.

All employees are expected to maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in their workplace behavior. You are required to perform your duties as described in your employment agreement and as directed by your supervisor, adhering to company policies, deadlines, and quality standards. Failure to meet reasonable expectations or deadlines may result in corrective actions.

Employment at Emplye is subject to a probationary period, during which performance and conduct will be evaluated. After successful completion, the employment becomes regular as per the terms agreed. Working hours, compensation, holidays, and leave entitlements are defined in the offer letter and subject to revision as per company policy.

Employees must protect the confidentiality of all company and client data, including trade secrets, documents, codebases, and internal communication. Sharing or using this information for personal gain or with external parties is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.

Use of company assets such as laptops, email accounts, internet services, and internal tools should be solely for professional purposes. Unauthorized use or negligence resulting in damage or data breaches will lead to accountability measures.

Employees are expected to maintain a healthy work environment by avoiding harassment, discrimination, and any conduct that violates the dignity or rights of others. Any grievances should be reported immediately to HR or relevant supervisors for resolution.

Violation of these terms may lead to verbal or written warnings, suspension, termination, or legal actions based on the severity of the breach. Employees are required to provide at least one month’s notice prior to resignation unless otherwise stated in the contract.
