We are looking for a skilled and passionate HR Manager to join our team. As a core part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving people operations, fostering a strong company culture, and ensuring smooth HR practices that support business growth and employee well-being.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions while collaborating closely with department leads and executive management.
Overseeing and managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
Building and maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Managing payroll, benefits, attendance, and employee records in compliance with local regulations
Handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment
Supporting performance review cycles, training, and development programs
Collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth
3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
Experience with HR software/tools and employee management systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
