HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled and passionate HR Manager to join our team. As a core part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving people operations, fostering a strong company culture, and ensuring smooth HR practices that support business growth and employee well-being.

You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions while collaborating closely with department leads and executive management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Building and maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

  • Managing payroll, benefits, attendance, and employee records in compliance with local regulations

  • Handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment

  • Supporting performance review cycles, training, and development programs

  • Collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth

Required Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards

  • Experience with HR software/tools and employee management systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
