HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and passionate HR Recruiter to join our team. As part of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for our growing company, particularly in the tech and creative sectors.

You will work closely with department leads and management to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking

  • Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with department heads for further evaluations

  • Creating and publishing engaging job descriptions and recruitment content

  • Maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

  • Assisting in onboarding processes and ensuring new hires have a great start

Required Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies

  • Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to assess candidate potential and cultural fit effectively

  • Understanding of labor laws and general HR practices
