2. Book a Professional

See a skill you need? Click “Book Now” and submit your project or task. We'll assign the best-fit professional from our vetted pool.

 

3. Need a Skill That’s Not Listed?

Head to our [Demand Page] to submit a Custom Skill Request. Once submitted:

  • We first open our internal candidate database to look for a match.

  • If no match is found, we publicly open a vacancy for that skillset and begin the sourcing process.

4. Service Booking

Alternatively, visit our [Services section] to directly book predefined services like:

→ Custom Software Solutions
Once booked, we take care of team allocation, project planning, and execution.

5. Project Agreement & Contract Signing

Before project commencement, a clear service contract is signed between your company and Emplye, outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

6. Interview & Selection

If you’re booking by skill, shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for a client-side interview. Once you approve, we proceed with hiring.

7. Onboarding & Execution

Emplye facilitates onboarding of the selected professional. From here, work begins—on time, on task, and with complete transparency.

4. Profile Screening

Our team reviews your resume and background, ensuring alignment with open or upcoming opportunities.

5. Internal Interview

Selected candidates are invited for an internal screening interview with Emplye to assess soft skills, communication, attitude, and readiness.

6. Client Interview

If your profile matches a client’s requirement, we forward it to them. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a final interview with the client.

7. Hiring & Contract Signing

If both sides are satisfied, we move forward with the hiring process, including contract signing and onboarding—and you officially begin your journey.
